The MIikroGrader has been developed to automate the control of crossslope and blade elevation during your grading work.
Standard grade control
The standard system will control the cross-slope of the blade using three sensors. A cross slope sensor mounted on the blade, a rotation sensor mounted in the centre of rotation of the blade, and a main fall sensor integrated in the junction box and mounted on the machine.
Elevation control
The elevation of the blade can be controlled by a number of sensors of your choice.
Laser receiver
Using one or two machine laser receivers mounted on the blade will yield mm- accurate control when used together with one of our ML
Sonic Tracker
The new SH 2 Sonic Tracker yields measurements of unsurpassed accuracy with an internal resolution of 1 mm (1/25”). The Sonic Tracker can use any type of surface or string as reference. The Sonic Tracker features a very bright LED display for indication of High, On-Grade or Low.
3D guidance and control
As the ultimate solution you can choose to let the machine be guided by measurements from a RTK GPS sensor or a robotic total station. |
