Mikrofyn has become part of a Great Family
Hexagon A/B has acquired the entire share capital of Mikrofyn A/S as per September 1st.
It is well known, that Hexagon acquired Leica Geosystem last year, and we are proud to
have been chosen to join the group.
It is of paramount importance both for Mikrofyn and Hexagon that we continue as before
with our own R&D, production, label and dealer network.
Independent of the acquisition we have taken measurements to improve our sales effort.
