 The MikroPaver will form an integral part of any paver or mill. Developed in co-operation with paving specialists.
Control Box CB 1
The control box is water resistant (IP65) and uses a LED display that can be easily read, even in strong sunlight.
Two switches on the front panel control the functions of the control box. By means of a remote function on the box, the cross slope and thickness on the other side of the machine can be changed and controlled.
Cross slope sensor
The cross slope sensor uses an electronic slope sensor with very high accuracy. The sensor is mounted on a transverse beam between the screed arms and is permanently connected to a control box on both sides of the machine. Laser leveling and sonic tracking using strings or solid surfaces as reference as well as the screed ski can be used for elevation control.
Sonic Tracker
The new SH 2 Sonic Tracker yields measurements of unsurpassed accuracy with an internal resolution of 1 mm (1/25”). The Sonic Tracker can use any type of surface or string as reference. The Sonic Tracker features a very bright LED display for indication of High, On-Grade or Low. This means that the operator can move freely around the machine, and still monitor the status of the system.
The MikroPaver System is also prepared for 3D robotic total station guidance. |
